Shipping & Return Policies

We hope everything you purchased from IDYOLOGY is perfect, but in the event you need a different size, color or style, or it simply didn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
• No returns on accessories

Once we receive your return please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.

Ship Us Your Return
Customer are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return In Store
The receipt can be printed or shown to a store associate on your mobile device for a return or exchange.

All sales are final sale.

Shipping Methods & Options

UPS - delivery in 1-5 days. Service Overview: All UPS Ground packages are delivery within 1-5 business days. The delivery date is set at the time of pick up according to the distance the package is traveling.

It usually takes between 2 and 9 days to receive a Retail Ground package, but USPS sometimes takes up to 14 postal business days to deliver items sent with this method.
